The DVC Raghunathpur wall mural was created with two distinct ideas in mind. The external building was designed with large wall mural to promote awareness and encourage the usage of safety measures among factory workers.

Whereas the wall mural art inside the Technical Building celebrates the cultural nuances of the Purulia district. The wall mural paints the picture of the local cultural life of Raghunathpur, Purulia.

The wall mural art was created in two weeks’ time.
It was a challenging experience to work inside a factory to create these large wall murals. The response from the factory workers has been overwhelmingly good. They are proud of the art since it talks about their story which talks about their life, work and culture.
